These guys took our truck in immediately, and did everything the could to get us back on the road. And went way out of their way to get us back to our rental for the night, highly recommended.

Limped into his shop on a bad alternator on my way through town. He was walking out for the weekend, but stayed past close to replace my alternator and get me on my way. Thanks Mike!

Mike is always honest and up front with any work that needs to be done. Gives quotes and does the work in a timely manner. I don't trust anyone else in town as much as I trust Mike and his crew with my vehicles.

Called to ask for services and he told me we wouldn’t want to mess with any of it, and no one else would when every other shop I’ve called around has told me they would and gave me a time andI was just trying to get it in faster(very unprofessional). Especially when I ask if you only do tires and he said he does it all until I tell him the stuff my car needs then he says oh I’m not messing with that not that he can’t do it or anything just he doesn’t want do it. Whatever, good luck to anyone who uses this .

We were very unlucky and got stranded with our car breaking down. We had it dropped off here and they were able to get our car working within a day, we were concerned about being stranded with no vehicle and they went above and beyond helping us, very friendly as well!

Late December of 2023 dropped my car off for repairs. A new alternator was put on costing $900 with parts/labor. Highway Robbery. From the smell of the place, it was probably to pay for All the weed they smoke. My battery had been drained from the alternator being bad. Did they charge it, hell no. The day after I picked it up, took it to Auto Zone and they said the battery needed charged. While we were there, an employee remembered Round About driving my car over there. Discing on how I had the batteries rigged to get it home. UNPROFESSIONAL. After looking around my car, found items missing out of it. 2 weeks later, battery light on. Once again, battery has to be charged. Since then every few weeks we've had to charge the battery. Because of the inconvenience of this, a second battery was bought. There's another $300. Here we are 8 months later, my car goes back to a different auto repair shop. Oh wow, it's the alternator bad again. My vehicle is not equipped to take a cheap style alternator. It has to be a GM brand and yes it makes a difference. If Round About Auto had any damn mechanical knowledge, they would have realized this. But they were just about making a buck. Round About did no research on the code my car was throwing. If they had, I wouldn't be out more money. I wouldn't trust them changing a tire on my kids bike.

This shop overcharged me by 300.00 and they won't do anything about it. I warn the good people not to use this shop

I don't recommend anything this company does they will find a way to overcharge you it happen to me and I'm just getting to word out about it

This place is your professional one-stop shop for ALL of your automobile needs. They've fixed me and my family up a few times. They are great people that do great work in a very professional environment. The prices are very competitive.

Got in an accident and they told me they could handle it but were unable to even finish a quote for my insurance company after 2 weeks and 2 days Every time I called them they said they were just finishing it and it would be in later today. They last day my car was there before I had it towed somewhere else I was told that they sent it in and were waiting to hear back from the insurance company. My agent later called and said they still haven’t received anything and was told by the shop they were having computer problems. They may be good for oil changes and tires but would definitely not recommend for an accident or anything insurance related. They can’t even get a quote together in a timely fashion

Andrew is very knowledgeable and very friendly ordered my transmission and called and informed me when it was to arrive and is going to call me when it gets here.

Andrew and Russell at Roundabout are the best! When our radiator went out as we were passing through town last Friday at 4:30, we called Roundabout on advice from a Wal-mart employee (we were stranded in the WM parking lot). Andrew told us to limp the car on over, and when we did, Russell checked it out. Bad news: radiator was shot. Good news: they could order the part and fix it that weekend. Plus, they arranged to get us and our tiny camping trailer 15 miles down the highway to the spot we were heading for the weekend! We got to enjoy a relaxing weekend in a beautiful place, and they delivered our car to us when it was ready! We made the drive back to St Louis with no issues. We really think God used these guys to take care of us, and we are so grateful. They truly went way above and beyond for these out-of-towers, and we highly recommend them!

Phenomenal shop, came in from Farmington yesterday for a tire repair and balance, every one in Farmington wanted me to leave it overnight. This shop was busy but got right to it. I have had my truck to the dealership 3 times for a shake and it was never fixed , shes good as new now.

Couldn't have asked for any better. Had my truck in and out in no time. Was having back brake issues. They was quick to find the problem. Got it fixed. And was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Got me in right away for a oil change . No appointment necessary. Always good service here.
